Women’s Mental Health & Wellness

Mental wellness is at the heart of everything we do. We offer confidential counselling, peer support groups, and awareness campaigns to help women navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout. Our trained professionals and volunteers create a safe space for healing and hope. We provide safe support for women to heal emotionally, mentally and physically.

Mental Health Support

  • Trauma-Informed Counselling: Support on stress management and coping strategies.
  • Caregiver Support & Education: Resources and counselling for mothers, single parents, and women in caregiving roles.
  • Wellness workshops, mindfulness, self-care, training and parenting.
